Great hotel. We have stayed here before and have liked it both times. Very close, easily walkable, to the performing arts center, which is why we were there. We got back to the hotel late and really appreciated that we could get food still in the bar. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good. Clean, quiet, comfortable. My top 3 criteria all met.

My favorite part about this property was the staff. From valet, to the front desk, to the barista to the management team, everyone was friendly, personable and went out of their way. The property was very clean and the rooms were roomy.

Overall good stay! Good location, walking distance to many things. Check to see if you have continental breakfast…. We were told we did and then didn’t have it . Rooms were clean, very small bathroom.

Great place to stay

We always like staying here if we want to vwnture down town. Its close to food, fun, and activities. The hotal staff are always great. The bar in the hotel is sweet and the restaurant is great as well. Overall very nice hotel downtown Des Moines.

Best Stay I’ve ever had

Amazing stay. The bed was a little firm, but still comfortable. The amenities were so good. I can’t think of a time when I had full sized bottles for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash and at such high quality. Will be staying here again.
