"When I got to the place it was as beautiful as it looked in the pictures on the website. The staff were welcoming, nice and friendly. When I got to my room it was clean, cute, and modernize perfectly. The bed was very comfortable it was like your sinking in the bed and cozied up also the pillows were soft and comfortable. It was the perfect touch that I needed for a calm relaxing vacation. I would definitely recommend staying there and would definitely come back. "

"The velvet rope has automatically become our favorite place to stay in Palm Springs. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. The property is clean and well kept, walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Valerie lounge is a must when you stay, great cocktail bar & live entertainment.
