"Paid for renovated room and got one with not even a window. Bedsheets had a small bug, trash was on the floor. Also had issue with the booking made and had to reschedule, they couldn’t offer me a refund on the first dates even tho I rescheduled for the same hotel "

"I really enjoyed staying at Harrah’s. The price point was excellent. I loved having Starbucks right off the elevator from the room and the food court around the corner. Short walking distance to exit for the strip and the opposite direction for ride-share. The Sphere was a short Uber ride. The location in the middle of the strip is fantastic. I will stay there again. "

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly.
The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room.
We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Upon booking it was not established that there would be a $480+ amenity fee. The room was NOT ready during regular check in hours, I was told I would get notified when it was ready and was never given any confirmation that it was ready. Hours later, I had to go back to the front desk to which the staff member had to call another representative and then was given my cards with no explanation, no apology or any compensation for the trouble.
