"The parking was very bad, and they charged $45 per day for parking. What they told me over the phone was very different from what they actually did in person. That’s crazy. The parking situation was terrible, and there was no customer service. At other hotels, employees help park the cars or assist customers, but here, they didn’t help at all. It was also very difficult to find parking. Overall, I was very disappointed with the parking and the customer service."

"This property has a great central location between Denver and Boulder. The pool is beautiful and food at the restaurants is delicious. The best part about the hotel however is absolutely the staff. From the front desk, to the restaurant wait staff, to the spa, the customer service was impeccable.
