"the room was super dirty, you need to use hilton honors points or you get charged for wifi, my son got a rash from the pillow case, they don't tell you they don't clean your room, the air conditioner unit was difficult to use and kept defaulting to freezing cold. it is a gross old property and it cost a lot of money."

"This property was clean and quiet, with a friendly barkeep. Located close to downtown Gainesville's night life and just steps from the Hippodrome theater. Enjoyed our stay."

"Loved the location and staff! The only hiccup was both nights we had to call engineering to adjust the air conditioning. It would get warm in the room in the middle of the night. Front desk and engineer were helpful to resolve issues."
