"Our stay at Terrace Beach Resort was overall good, and the location and natural surroundings were beautiful. However, for the price we paid, we expected a much more welcoming and attentive level of service.
From check-in, we didn’t really feel welcomed, and throughout our stay, no one checked in to see if we needed anything. We called to request some extra tea, but the call went to voicemail. Although I left a message, no one followed up or took care of the request, so I had to call again.

"This property should have been condemned. I have never stayed in a place so bad. Rotten windows ,broken blinds,rotten boards on deck posts ,unkempt weeds all over & at front of unit we stayed at.We tried to change to another place but non available plus we had already paid for this one. It wasnt worth $50 a nite. Couldn't get out of it fast enough. Seems as though furniture was picked up from an old garage sale."
