"This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Not only was it a close driving distance to Banff, but the hotel was in close proximity to downtown Canmore so we could walk everywhere easily! The rooms were clean and staff made sure to help with anything right away. I would highly recommend this place if you are visiting. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"Our stay at Otter Hotel was great! The staff was very attentive and friendly, keeping me and my family comfortable during our time in Banff. "We looooved our stay!! The room and patio was perfect. We loved the fact that we could open our window to let the fresh mountain air came in. We loved the property with the pool and most of all that beautiful smell of a woodfire in the foyer was amazing. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant had amazing customer service. "We stayed 3 nights with two different reservations. We didn’t realize that the refrigerator wasn’t working, but my husband finally fixed it for the third day! The restaurant at the hotel was pricey but there were options nearby. The hotel was convenient, with bus service to town, the Gondola and other Banff attractions. We were given free bus passes. The walk to town was about 15 minutes. We had a nice stay in Banff!"
