"Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Leider war unser Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man konnte jedes Wort und Geräusch aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören. "

"Belle chambre et propre, rooftop classique et belle vue. Personnel réactif lorsqu'il y a des problèmes. Malheureusement gros problème d'insonorisation, on entends les gens passé devant la chambre et donc très gênant le soir et le matin. Dommage aussi d'avoir 2 piscines en ect et aucune en intérieur lorsque le temps n'est pas là."

"I would rate this hotel 5 stars but the pool was closed for 3 days during our stay, I understand this is sometimes out of hand due to water works in the Benidorm area, However a notice would have been nice. Other than that everything else including the room was perfect, well maintained, looks newly renovated. The breakfast coffees were lovely and the food was good. Will stay here again when I’m Back."

"Convenient location and good quality installation. Daily room service was excellent. Hotel advertises that it has a sauna, but in fact it is a steam room. Gym, hot tub and steam room are small."

"When we arrived we were in the budget room ground floor behind the reception desk. We were told we could upgrade for a further €15 , they also said we could book breakfast at €8 at check-in which we declined. We went up to see the rooftop it’s very shabby and needs a paint . Work is going on at the hotel they may up grade the rooftop . It’s a very clean hotel room and reception area. But I wonder how many people get offered the 1 budget room in the whole of the hotel, hoping they get an extra...

"A nice hotel very clean near lots of fast food places, 20 mins walk to the beach that has a few bars and places to eat. 10min taxi ride (10/15e) or 1 hour walk into Benidorm. Bus is 2.5e to town. Small clean tidy rooms with powerful shower. Massive supermarket next door. Free coffees. The staff are lovely. I would deffo return. Ideal for a 2/3 day stay. "

"Hotel is at a nice place, around 4-5 km away from the city centre. Free parking but limited. Rooms are ok. Staff were friendly and co-operative. Issues were no electric kettle/tea coffee facilities in the room. Biggest letdown was that air conditioning was not working. This was misleading as we booked the room thinking there was air conditioning. The hotel should clearly mention if the services are down. we would have not booked this hotel had we known that AC is down."

"We arrived quite late to check in for our room, but the check-in process was smooth. The young gentleman who was on reception was extremely helpful and gave us lots of information about Alicante and provided us with a map with useful tips of places to eat and drink. He also informed us that we could extend our room on the last day if we needed a late checkout. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. "Breakfast ok The rooms are clean, and big but not many ammenities are provided such as tissues.Cab use some repair or a more modern deeling. Overral the stuff was nice and helpfull Except for the arrival date. They advertised the Restaurant open till 23 PM well early afternoon we decided to get a bite 2 people in the kitchen will be looking at us ignoring us completely After my husband and I stood there for over 20 minutes we decided to go somewhere else"

"Staff members at the hotel are so helpful and always greet you with a smile. They made our stay very comfortable throughout the duration we were there. Hotel itself is very well maintained and nicely kept. Breakfast menu is wonderful. Very quite hotel and we had a nice relaxing holiday. Thank you. 😊 "
