"Splendid hotel with excellent facilities and lovely staff"

"Staff were v professional upon arrival and helpful. The hotel is next to a lovely square and amenities are very close by. There is a gym for the super models and a nice restaurant for the rest of us. A short walk (20 mins) to the port if you’re catching the cruise liner and a 20min walk to the bus station to go anywhere on the island. Clean and up to date. They have a sister hotel in Gran Canaria, the class runs through the hotels. "

"Schlafzimmer mit Bad auf einer Empore. Das Bad befand sich am Ende ohne direkte Belüftung und fest zu schließen der Tür (nur eine recht offene Milchglasschiebetür) unmittelbar neben dem Bett. Daher war die Belüftung der Toilette und Dusche direkt neben dem Bett war nicht gut gelöst, auch der Zugang mit hellen Licht ist bei Benutzung alleine kein Problem, zu zweit sehr störend. Treppe zum Schlafbereich und Bad hatte zwei wackelnde Holzstufen. "

"Hotel muy centrico con muchos bares y restaurantes a su alrededor el personal es especial ,cariñoso siempre estan para orientarte y ayudarle. Nivel de higiene y limpiesa my bueno.el servicio de desayuno no lo usamos. Si vas a tomar un crucero este es el mejor alojamiento."

"This is an excellent, brand new hotel located in downtown Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It has an ultramodern feel, with conveniences I wish every hotel had, such as self check-in and a water bottle filling station outside the room. The location is ideal, especially for those planning to use the port (e.g., for a cruise) and TFS airport, since the bus station is only a 20 minute walk away. What makes this hotel a gem, though, is the amazing staff. Since it was a new hotel, they had some difficulties...

"Well located with easy access to what most people would like to do on a first trip to Tenerife. The room was fine without having anything truly special to recommend it more: clean & comfortable but no extra amenities to make it stand out. The staff were all helpful and accommodating and we appreciated their help. Good solid choice. "

"We had a room with a balcony over looking the pool it was clean the bed was very comfortable but terrible pillows room was a nice size it was nice having a balcony but the noise from the traffic was loud when sitting outside the shower wasn’t great not a lot of pressure and very hard water wish I’d brought my conditioner because the water made my hair really dry pool was lovely but I can’t imagine what it would look like in the summer months because there are not enough lounger’s and the area is...
