"I booked this hotel as it had Parking stated for fee , however, upon arrival, no parking available, which made me have to go look for parking and roll bags around , also coffee machine broken. Hotel outdated overall. Great location though. If you’re there for a short period of time this is a good spot."

"Um das Hotel zu erreichen brauchte es schon mehrer Anläufe, da die Zufahrt mehr als versteckt lag. Ein Anruf bei der Rezeption blieb unbeantwortet! Erst der Fußmarsch zum Hotel und die uns vorgelegten Fotos der Zufahrt brachten Licht ins Dunkle. Das Zimmer und die Betten gut. Vorausgesetzt man mag ein Zimmer dessen Fenster nicht zu öffnen war und den Blick auf die Mauer einer Garage freigibt. Der Frühstücksbereich glich einer Mensa und hatte nichts von der Atmosphäre, die auf den Hotelfoto...

"The facility was very nice with large rooms and comfortable appointments. I felt that the front desk was understaffed, and the off site parking was time consuming for them. The restaurant staff were very pleasant and the food was good. My room was not cleaned even after I requested housekeeping at 5pm."

"Great three star hotel that is spotlessly clean. The chandeliers clearly are dusted regularly and any cracks in bathroom tile are sealed over. The hotel is well located and parking is very much appreciated. Breakfast was the same each day but plentiful with good variety. We’d stay here over a 5 star any day."

"Un hotel ok para un par de noches en Andorra. El desayuno NO destaca. Algún personal muy amable, otros bastante pesados. Parking estrecho, pero a buen pr3cio (17€). Parece un hotel de 2 o 3 estrellas. Jamás de 4."

"If you are going to ski at Pas de la Casa, it is near one the ski center. But if you visit in summer this hotel only have one advantage, that you can walk to the Ibon de les Abelletes, which is a very easy route, accesible to most of the people, yet great views to the mountains. But tve hotel per se is decadent. We had a weird window with views outwards through a corridor. Pretty depressing hotel. Ugly excempt from the outside. The distance to the center is not far, but the coming back is all...

"A very nice place to bring children"

"Loved this place. The views from floor -3 and up are epic. The Pub and breakfast staff are amazing, but especially Nico and Josefina. All of the women at the front desk are especially helpful. The only con was that a bees nest was hidden in the panels outside our windows and there are no a/c or screens (nets) so we had to pick stuffy room or several bees. We moved rooms later in the stay and had zero issues with this however."

"Lovely hotel with brilliant spa facilities. Easy walk into town to buy souvenirs and supplies. Location is stunning. Had a lovely stay, thank you."

"No electrical sockets available, had to unplug the tv to charge mobile phones. Restaurant and bar were both shut and told to go to Novotel across the road."

"They hotel is in a great location. The staff is helpful and friendly. They are the best part of this hotel. The amenities are nice. The restaurant is good. They only thing is that the hotel feels a little outdated but considering the price it’s not a big deal. Beds are comfortable and rooms are clean. Again. The staff excellent."
