"This place is huge and beautiful and clean. So pretty to walk around the property. Everything about it was great. Fun waterpark, so many other pool options if you want to enjoy the peace. My oldest son got sick while we were there and they were so helpful. I would go back every year. "

"This hotel has very friendly and welcoming staff however it’s pretty outdated. The flooring in the room on ground floor was very hard and uneven in many places. This hotel has great potential it truly just needs some love and a facelift. The water park is awesome but also outdated. "

"Stayed here 5 nights in a king suite. Very spacious, bed was comfortable. Rooms had a little musty smell to them, but not aweful. A little on the dated side. Our bed was made every day with fresh towels. Beautiful grounds well kept up. Pool area was busy over the weekend especially so was very hard to find chairs the later you went. Pool area was nice with the bar right there and great food as well. Breakfast in the mornings was good. The lounge at night was closed kind of early. ...

"We were very thrilled with the room, the cleanliness, the location, and the comfort. The only negative was the staff would barely let us leave the check in counter after long minutes of high pressure sales to try to join their resort. That was very annoying after a long day of travel and wanting to just get in our room. Eventually I just walked away once I could grab my room keys. Besides that the place was incredible and all the staff working the grounds were very nice and helpful"
