Loved the room and pool

Great hotel and good value for money. Clean room and fantastic facilities. Staff on the whole were good but had an incident with one member of staff overcharging me which took some sorting out.

I had visited this property before and was pleased to find that my experience was consistent with previous stays. The microwave/oven had been upgraded which was good. Housekeeping were on the ball and kept me well stocked with coffee. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Would happily revisit and probably will, at some point.

We stayed in the Club facility which offered friendly personal service and excellent included breakfast although not the best scrambled eggs (the ultimate challenge for a buffet breakfast). Service levels throughout the hotel generally high but disappointing that at pool level all meals served in plastic boxes and paper cups even in the poolside restaurant. Locals seemed to accept but felt down market from a European perspective for this calibre of hotel.

Very friendly staff, from reception to cleaning maids and kitchen staff. Comfortable, clean and good location off interstate for access. Breakfast complimentary, basic but nicely done.

Fresh modern decor, lobby and bar area really nice. Breakfast food excellent

Very impressed with the apartment, it really had everything we needed. The gym and pool were great and we found this complex probably has the best location in Sedona with great restaurants in walking distance.

Nice accommodation, we stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. We were 2 couples one celebrating their 39th wedding anniversary, so they stayed in the ensuite master bedroom, but the other ensuite bedroom was quite adequate. The kitchen was well equiped, we didn't do any cooking but used the dish washer which worked fine, we didn't use the washing machine. We had an issue with the jacuzzi bath in the master bedroom not being clean, we cleaned it ourselves, but complained about it & got the car parking...
