"Staff responsive- Had one small issue with the sink making a gurgling noise when the AC was running and they fixed it immediately. Location was excellent- conveniently centrally located so close to everything. Grounds were well kept, great serene area by the river with benches, grass, and few people while in the city center of Sedona. "

"Politeness and efficiency at the front desk. I was unaware the building was two stories until we arrived. I asked if we could be moved to a bottom floor room. The person at the front desk was able to make that accommodation and we were very appreciative. "

"Nice, spacious clean room. Onsite restaurant for dinner was just ok, breakfast restaurant was good. There's a shuttle to the airport that runs every half hour, so very convenient for flying out of Phoenix airport. Onsite fitness center and pool were nice amenities."

"The room was spotless with plenty of amenities. We loved the suite we had. It was very comfortable and roomy. We plan on staying here again. The only drawback was the lack of parking. I am handicapped and often the handicapped stalls were taken by cars with no handicap hang tag or license plate. When we told the front desk, they said they would inform their manager, otherwise there was nothing they could do. That was disappointing. "

"We staycation here all the time. The rooms are so cool. The people are friendly. They charge for parking now and we got a $200 boot because we didn’t realize it. (We got there after midnight and were really tired) so be careful of that. Paying over $300 for the room and getting a boot was frustrating but other than that. This place is 10/10. "
