"The outdoor pool you had to walk 3-4min from our room. There was no continental breakfast or complimentary coffee. Room was good the bed was not comfortable especially the pillows."

"The room was clean. The room had everything i needed. When I walked in it smelled like a little bleach. I spilled some food in my room and a maid cleaned it up right away. Parking was very near to the room and all the rooms are on the first floor. There are hardly any stairs."

"This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had, and I would not recommend staying here. Throughout both days of our stay, we experienced ongoing hot water issues. We were repeatedly told that the hot water had “run out” after multiple people used it. Each time we contacted the front desk, someone was sent to “fix” the problem, but as soon as they left, the issue would return. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with this during our entire stay. "It’s been at least about eight years since I’ve stayed here at this hotel. The hotel and property grounds itself is nice to look at… however on my first night there, there was a humongous roach crawling around the floor in our room and also there was someone’s eyelash that was stuck to one of the pillows which was kind of disgusting to look at unfortunately.
