"My first visit with Doubletree. Hotel, staff & food was really good. My only drawback was with shuttle service upon arrival. I had to wait 1/2 hour. If I had known shuttle van had a cookie on it, I wouldn’t have missed the first van. As I’m sure I’m not the only one, I would suggest the staff clarify the van with large cookie. "

"Stay was great, but there is a bit of false advertizing as we were told the airport shuttlewas actually a Lyft service, which is extra. In addition, they could not get a Lyft for us to airport as the computer systems were down. We got it ourselves. Probably won't stay again because of the hidden cost."

"Rooms are really spacious, clean and quiet place, friendly staff specially lady from dining room, very helpful. Only thing didn't like was cable service on Room TVs, only able to tune 1 in every 5 or 7 channels"

"Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. "
