"Great resort! All amenities were top tier!"

"This property appears to be worn out. The rooms are difficult to find. You definitely need transportation to access dining and grocery facilities. It reminded me of a ski lodge where customers did damage to the property. Ice machine always empty. Yuck, would not recommend unless motel 6 is your standard and it is way more expensive."

"very dog friendly place, All the staff provided excellent service. Clean room, They came to clean the room two or three times a day, to the point where I had to put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign. There were activities available throughout the day, And it truly feels like a real getaway."

"I liked the cleanliness, the pools, amenities, the kitchen in room. I hated the only 66 channels, the inability to stream your own streaming services on tv, the bed that was so uncomfortable it was almost impressive. It’s really sad for a hotel with such great basics to be lacking in the sleep and entertainment department."

"Just had a one night stay. Just from observation: property was clean, hallways were brightly lit, room are spacious, quiet, pools in great shape. Staff was professional and courteous. Had to adjust the temperature to about 67°-68° to feel comfortable, was reading 70°inside was 106° outside. Otherwise it was a very nice stay."

"We loved our stay there except for being placed in the middle of the renovations. When we first arrived they were working on casitas around us and that wasn’t a problem, but on the night before our departure they began working on our area. Blocking our parking spac and waking us up at 7 @AM because they were moving furniture out of the casitas. We had a late checkout of 4:30 but felt we were being pushed out much earlier. The property was large enough that this should not have happened. D"

"The rooms are great and very clean and comfortable. The problem is that the amount of children that are at the property is ridiculous the entire pool is just filled with kids screaming and jumping in the pool and if you want to get in the jacuzzi get in line the kids are in and out jumping between the pool and jacuzzi. There is no relaxing for adults at all and believe me I don’t mind having kids around but these parents just let them go crazy."

"The property is immaculate and the staff amazingly friendly and helpful. It is a short 1/4 mile walk to the canyon and to catch the free shuttle. Loved our visit. Only comment would be that there is no microwave in the room. So if you need to reheat any food you are out of luck. Otherwise a 12 out of 10 rating."

"Great views of the lake! The only complaint was the rainbow restaurant’s breakfast buffet. It was not great and the pastries had mold on them. But the dinner was excellent there."

"It’s been at least about eight years since I’ve stayed here at this hotel. The hotel and property grounds itself is nice to look at… however on my first night there, there was a humongous roach crawling around the floor in our room and also there was someone’s eyelash that was stuck to one of the pillows which was kind of disgusting to look at unfortunately. The food at the pool was not any better either, VERY PLAIN & not much flavor- I ordered ceviche and it was not what I expected. It was more...

"The staff was friendly. The rooms were comfortable and the lighting in the rooms was excellent. I have been in too many hotels where the room lighting is poor. This was great. As a senior citizen, good lighting is important. Also the maid staff promptly turned in a camera I left behind and the hotel quickly sent me an email regarding the item left behind. Great customer service."
