"I only booked the room to spend the evening at the pool. The pool was nice and maintained but I did not like that they stopped serving food at 4pm and that’s check in time at the resort. Another thing was the bar and slides closed at 5pm which I thought was pretty early. Didn’t get to have the pool experience I was expecting."

"very dog friendly place, All the staff provided excellent service. Clean room, They came to clean the room two or three times a day, to the point where I had to put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign. There were activities available throughout the day, And it truly feels like a real getaway."

"I gave you three stars for everything since it’s just a three star hotel. I did enjoy myself. But here’s the thing. I literally booked this six or seven months in advance maybe eight even. And you still had my condo that I got with a view of some conexes …The reason I made the reservation in advance to assure I got a good view. I had view of workers and connexus with my coffee in the morning not the mountains. I bought two rooms. Very disappointing."

"We loved our stay there except for being placed in the middle of the renovations. When we first arrived they were working on casitas around us and that wasn’t a problem, but on the night before our departure they began working on our area. Blocking our parking spac and waking us up at 7 @AM because they were moving furniture out of the casitas. We had a late checkout of 4:30 but felt we were being pushed out much earlier. The property was large enough that this should not have happened. D"

"The rooms are great and very clean and comfortable. The problem is that the amount of children that are at the property is ridiculous the entire pool is just filled with kids screaming and jumping in the pool and if you want to get in the jacuzzi get in line the kids are in and out jumping between the pool and jacuzzi. There is no relaxing for adults at all and believe me I don’t mind having kids around but these parents just let them go crazy."

"Wonderful family Lodge!! Great location with Shuttle pickup at lodge entrance. We were in Shasta building. Very clean and comfortable with balcony. Surprisingly, the food in the food court was very, very good and good servings for the price. Thank you so much to Danielle, from Georgia, who was such a wonderful help in getting our mule ride scheduled. Unfortunately it had to cancel because of rain. "Let op, de accommodatie zegt er niets over maar je moet betalen bij binnenkomst omdat het in een natuurgebied ligt. Als je geen America the beautifully pass hebt of iets dergelijks ben je nog meer geld kwijt. Je moet dus eerst door toegangspoorten heen voordat je bij het hotel bent. De kamer was oud, vies tapijt en stonk. De gang stinkt ook enorm. Airco in de kamer was kapot. Bij de check in gevraagd of ze dit snel konden fixen, de kamer was echt 40 graden Celsius. "It’s been at least about eight years since I’ve stayed here at this hotel. The hotel and property grounds itself is nice to look at… however on my first night there, there was a humongous roach crawling around the floor in our room and also there was someone’s eyelash that was stuck to one of the pillows which was kind of disgusting to look at unfortunately.
