"The room was fine but besides Andrew and Brandon, the staff was not accommodating. My last day there, the beach person decided not to believe I was a guest of the hotel and wouldn't seat me under the shade since they were for guests. Finally, he got me a chaise but no towels in the sun. Hours later, the chaises under the shade had still not been used and I was upset to the point of tears and burnt.
Mind you, you can only get to the beach from the hotel.

"Food was good and never had a problem with getting reservations. People were pretty friendly. Shows were silly. Bartenders at the bar were not very attentive and their specialty drinks were extremely sugary. Rooms were ok - nothing special. Everything was clean. Views were amazing. All in all would go back - especially for the price."
