"Great view of the city "

"Like many eco minded hotels room is cleaned every 3-4 days unless requested. Bed was too firm, pillows too hard and room too warm at night when sleeping/poor air circulation. Nice happy hour daily. Subway access tricky not many signs. Front desk staff not very helpful "

"It was a big hotel. There was a snaking queue for breakfast, so do allocate enough time to enter breakfast area and queue up for food. The twin room at main tower looks dated but everything is clean and maintained. "

"The hotel is very good, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is excellent, with a wide range of offerings to satisfy virtually any taste. The only problem we had was when we were given a room on the 26th floor, and the noise from the airflow system was so loud it was impossible to sleep (it was not part of the air conditioning and so could not be controlled). We reported it to the reception desk and they arranged for us to be moved to another room, this time on the 25th...
