"Me and my partner really enjoyed our 8 night stay at Udaya. Our room on the top floor was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.
Overall a peaceful atmosphere around the pool and throughout the hotel, away from the busy tourist areas. Delicious food with a good selection of Eastern and Western cuisine. Very friendly and helpful staff, always greeting us with a smile. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from Ubud centre, as well as other complimentary activities like guided walks....

"This place was top of the tier!! The staff is SO kind and helpful. We met a great person who was also BTS army and we chatted everytime we ran into her. You can’t ask for a better stay. The pools and other amenities are so high class! Best place I have ever stayed at."

"They tell you that you have all these amenities or complimentary stuff but they leave out the important details. I had a gift certificate only to find out that you can only use at restaurants within the hotel and not when you check out to cover the room charges. The complimentary drinks, it does not state that you can only claim it at a specific restaurant. The complimentary massage, they would not even accommodate us for the whole time we were there.
