"The room was so gross. It smelled like wet rag the entire time I was there. Pictures on Google and Expedia are deceiving. The carpet was disgusting, the bathroom floors were sticky, the towels were terrible and we ended up not even using the shower because of how disgusting it looked and got a room somewhere else. "When we initially got to location we had requested to be away from elevator or ice machine needless to say that didn’t happen but when we requested to be moved Albert provided excellent service and moved us to another location that was what we requested. In addition the breakfast was nice and the staff member i didn’t catch his name was willing to cook a fresh batch of food if we requested we told him to not do it but i that also was excellent service.
next time we are back in town we know where...
