"The property consists of small apartments best suited for elderly couples. Their existing clients well represent that. We stayed with two teenage kids and it was tight, somewhat not fitting for the purpose. The hotel has no AC so I would not recommend staying unless the outside temperatures are below 15C. The windows open but the street is extremely loud even at 3 am."

"Great hotel. Quiet hotel outside the main parts but is an advantage. Near to town and beach through park. Didn't have breakfast but room was spotless and clean. Don't pay for parking as there's nearby side roads that you can park if you travel by car. There's a Carefore mini supermarket across the road if you want to get any drinks or snacks etc. There's no restaraunts near the hotel but you would normally go into the main town anyway to eat. La Rochelle is a beautiful fantastic place to go to...

"The property gave off Best Western vibes. The carpet was old, the rooms were a mix of traditional and modern. That can be done well, this wasn’t. Our air conditioning was broken, so they put a stand up unit in the room which worked but was loud and meant we had to keep the window open for the hose to vent. The hotel offered us 2 free drinks because of the inconvenience. No lotion or anything more than shampoo and soap in the bathroom. The towels were small, relatively thin, but they were nice...
