"Restaurants Katsuya , Leola , Cleo, Marcus and Carna had excellent food and exceptional service. Unfortunately,Sugar Factory and 25 North had terrible service and food.
Rooms used to have a fully stocked bar fridge and bottled water. Now they don’t and only have refillable water bottles to fill to fill with tap water that doesn’t taste good.
The rooms were cleaned for the first few days and then were not.
We’ve stayed at this resort many times but it seems that some areas have declined.

"We stayed for 5 days, it was breathtakingly beautiful, the villas are spacious and gorgeously decorated. The staff (literally everyone ) was beyond kind ! Paul specifically was such a welcoming staff member and had such a good energy!! Thank you thank you thank you !! 🙏

"We had such a great time. Clean rooms, great staff always available to help. Dinning areas all nice and clean with pretty good food. Work always being done to keep the place staying nice. "
