"The staff was AMAZING! Everyone is very friendly and hospitable. The gardens, pool and beach are beautiful and well kept. Pretty white sand and gorgeous water. There was a lot of rocks as you enter the water though. The room was average it could get some maintenance especially in the bathroom. There was also a lot of bugs in my room and the walls are thin so I could hear my neighbors loudly. My biggest disappointment was the food! For a Bahamian hotel I was expecting lots of fresh seafood. "The experience was not very pleasant , i booked 3 rooms , 1 Q, 1 k and another Queen , two of the rooms had issues with the AC , one eas freezing , and the other was extremely hot , we called a person came to " fix" it but it didn't help at all , in the one that was frozen cold I had two small children , and it was very difficult to make them settle down in thay room , we call requesting blankets and the answer was the didn't have access to blankets , then they offered switch rooms i said...

"We enjoyed our getaway. Beautiful views of bay and ocean. Our room overlooked the turquoise ocean water. What a spectacular way to wake up and fall asleep with sound and sight of waves. Staff was very kind. Family style place-don’t expect luxury here. Rooms are clean and has coffee machine with pods and mini fridge. Wonderful time to chill and let go as it’s a simple island lifestyle. Enjoyed use of kayaks exploring waters and surroundings. ."
