The first question I was asked, were you suppose to check out today. When I still had several days left of the trip. I was truly disappointed in the trip. "

The staff also come across as quite cold; when you ask for something, they often respond without even making eye contact. That said, this isn’t limited to the hotel staff—it reflects a broader impression of the Bahamas overall. Other than that, everything was great."

"Friendly staff, resort needs to be demolished. Everything from the room furniture to the amenities is from 1980 or older. We were bored from the moment we arrived. After a few hours of arriving we decided to only sleep at the resort, and spent time at the nearby resorts for fun and entertainment. Would not recommend this resort until a new building is developed. "

"Yes it was a very great stay loved it. We rented a side x side and kept it outside. I loved thatjust to be able to do whatever. The resort is huge but it isnt a bad walk anywhere its is layed out very well. Overall the best spring break we have had."

"This facility is beautiful inside. The people were friendly and very helpful. The food was good at the main restaurant. A few things to note- there is typically just one place open at night. The sushi place was open only on Friday/sat night. There was no live music, no outdoor dining at night, fire pit was only lit one night we were there, most things within walking distance close early, the cruise boats are the driver for the tourism. The resort food was incredibly expensive and gratuity and...

"Yes, Bar was well stocked food was available continuously. The only problem was at night the meat was dry. Otherwise the breakfast meals were fantastic. Lunch was great , suppers not so great but good for family. They were a little short of staff. I believe it was hard to get a reservation at a dining room on the facility for evening. "

"The staff at this hotel were A1! So friendly and helpful. The lobby and pool areas were great, although the street noise when by the pool can be pretty excessive. The rooms were a standard hotel room with newer heat pump-style cooling unit and “hardwood” floors, not carpet. The hallways were the only area needing a good amount of cleaning or redoing. This hotel is in a great location too! Don’t forget, you get what you pay for and this one isn’t too expensive. "

"The room was nice although i didn’t like the shower ‘faucets’. Staff was not mean but they weren’t necessarily nice either. Several of them acted as if they didnt care whether r not if i made a purchase. The views were great, the monkey bar and the casino bar were amazing. "
