"Me gustó las atenciones del staff son muy amables y serviciales, la comida muy buena y variada, buen ambiente las piscinas y playas limpias, las distintas actividades que realizan mantienen a los visitantes entretenidos está céntrico, cerca del Atlantis y del downtown. Lo único que no me gustó es que mi habitación encontramos cucarachas en dos ocasiones. Y el piso que nos tocó el 15 estaba un poco antiguo la decoración."

"Food and drinks were not great at all. They have no Caribbean style food just basic food you get at home like shake shack and other dinner restaurants. We ate off the resort a couple of times. There was very little communication about daily activities on the resort. You pretty much fin for yourself and figure out things. It’s nothing like all inclusive where you are taking good care of and feel like you’re on vacation."

"Hotel needs A LOT of love - rooms are very dated, hallways are poorly air conditioned with a musty smell, water pressure is poor, rooms's AC unit was noisy, free breakfast was gross (watery eggs, awful coffee, strange looking sausages) - maybe good for college students on spring break or a bachelor's party, but otherwise spend the extra money if you can and stay somewhere nicer."

"Room was not very clean. Blood stains on towel Blanket on bed was dirty like it hadn’t been washed and shower head had a leak and was spraying on the roof. Couldn’t adjust the thermostat, had to call and wait until it was convenient for them to come"

"They staff here is unmatched , they are helpful , friendly and most of all they are kind , the resort features two slides into one pool for kids with a total of 3 pools , the private beach has beautiful views along with a beautiful board walk onto a gazebo with 2 chairs to enjoy the views, if your looking to fly into Nassau Bahamas this is the best resort to stay at if you value family time , quite , and learning about their culture."
