"Overcrowded, limited menu, understaffed. Property in need of considerable renovation. Room linens old and stained. Unable to control temperature and humidity in room. Left property after 1 night and forfeited payment of remaining days in order to move to a different hotel."

"Amenities are always great at the Atlantis, the casino, aquarium, rides, shops, all a good experience. Rooms at the royal are pretty outdated, very old rug, very old shower curtain, which made it kind of uncomfortable to shower, old bathroom in general. Service in general was good/average."

"The Atlantis property is huge with lots to see and do. We stayed at the Coral hotel which was a little dated but fine for us. The staff were very helpful and while we had a few little things wrong with our room they came and fixed it right away. They gave us a rollaway bed at no extra charge. Lots of breakfast and meal options right in the hotel. Warning that the food is very expensive and not great however. Not just at hotel but all around the property. "

"Needs improvement in the appearance of the hotel. The flooring in the room wasn't nice as well as the carpeting in the hallways. The bathtub finishing was peeling off. Lastly and most importantly the heat needed to be on or turned up! the pools were way too cold to enjoy, my kids went in I would of liked to enjoy a swim with them but I couldn't because it was way to cold. "

"Yes, Bar was well stocked food was available continuously. The only problem was at night the meat was dry. Otherwise the breakfast meals were fantastic. Lunch was great , suppers not so great but good for family. They were a little short of staff. I believe it was hard to get a reservation at a dining room on the facility for evening. "

"We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Location is ideal and aquaventure passes included make choosing the Comfort Suites a no brained! Only recommendation is to arrive early to get wristbands or to send one person in your group ahead to get get in line. Lines were long around 10am for aquaventure passes. Breakfast buffet changed daily and gave us a hearty meal before action packed days. "

"The lagoon area is great for swimming and not having to worry about what the sea is doing. There is a beach on the Caribbean about a 3mon walk. Expect lots of kids. You can take public bus to Nassau in about 20-30 mins- costs 1.50 a person. Taxis are 30-40$. Several restaurants close to the hotel- food on the island is expensive for why it is. Expect 15% tip and 10% vat added on- this is what makes it more expensive. We liked thy we were away from Nassau- busy from 7am till 7pm when the boats...

"Overall, this is a nice property with lots for families to do. I will say this is the costliest vacation I’ve had in quite some time. The restaurants are way over priced. The cabana’s and daybeds at the beach are the most expensive I’ve ever paid with the worst service. If you are looking for a relaxing “cabana day” this is not the hotel. We weren’t brought towels or ice to our cabana and were given a very limited menu of food to choose from. The spa is under construction, however, you still...

"Overall we enjoyed our stay and the area was beautiful and was a spacious property. I think the room we stayed in was apart of an older building and seemed a little outdated; our room itself was clean and comfortable; however there was often food and drinks left in the hallway or staircase for the whole day which was unpleasant to see.
