We choose to stay at this property given most of the amenities are here such as restaurants, theater, near the marina village so there are additional options for food/coffee. The grounds are very well maintained. The rooms in the coral which we stayed in were outdated and could use an upgrade; however, we spend very little time in the room so this was a non issue for us. "Back door to the pool area was jammed, they didn’t have the wet clothes hangline in the bathroom like the sign said it had. The refrigerator didn’t work. The water pressure was low. There was no microwave either so we just didn’t worry about the broken fridge to save food in . It was useless since we could not reheat. No view of the ocean anywhere in hotel.
