"Great trip with a 3 and 4 year old. We had groceries delivered to the room from food2go so we were able to cook dinner for our picky kids before heading to the restaurants. Room was much larger than expected in the reef with full kitchen."

"Back door to the pool area was jammed, they didn’t have the wet clothes hangline in the bathroom like the sign said it had. The refrigerator didn’t work. The water pressure was low. There was no microwave either so we just didn’t worry about the broken fridge to save food in . It was useless since we could not reheat. No view of the ocean anywhere in hotel.
