"Riu was an exceptional stay! Service was great, food was delicious, the events they had were fun, drinks were tasty. The resort was in a prime location as well! However, Riu doesn ’t have an openly available transport so you will likely rely on taxis to get around if you plan to go far- bring cash."

"I really wish it was a better experience. The rooms were not up to par. We had to switch rooms 2 times because of issues. First room the shower didn’t work. Second room the ac was broken. Third room didn’t even lock properly or have a working bathtub but we decided twice was enough and we would just take our chances. The front desk totally screwed up my reservation and charged me twice. I still have not been refunded but hopefully will in the near future. Otherwise Harold’s wonderful smile kept...
