"Clean and nice sized rooms. The check-in lady was helpful even though we were early. The pictures of the property are a bit misleading. There is a good sized pool and a lap pool that is more relaxing. There is no beach, just lounge chairs on sand that leads to some dirty water. Whereas a highlight of many resorts is their daily entertainment, this was a huge disappointment. Multiple times, we had to ask for the scheduled activity to actually take place. "We absolutely loved Sky Beach. Although the driveway into the resort could definitely use work, our bungalow was always clean and very well taken care of. Everything was in good condition with fantastic views of the ocean and pool. The housekeeping staff checked in every morning to make sure we were well stocked on towels, coffee, etc. One of the housekeepers even let us use her personal chairs and umbrella for the beach. "I really wish it was a better experience. The rooms were not up to par. We had to switch rooms 2 times because of issues. First room the shower didn’t work. Second room the ac was broken. Third room didn’t even lock properly or have a working bathtub but we decided twice was enough and we would just take our chances.
