"this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in the middle of Bandung city. I really regret having chosen this hotel for my weekend trip with friends. I booked 2 rooms at this hotel. "The Towel is so dirty and the customer service is worse. We ask why the room door lock was spoilt and the interior electic wire box was damage. There is hair on the bed. This is really becoming a motel instead of hotel. Hotel lobby full of cars and its a bus terminal . The only good point is the location and they offer double queen size bed at a reasonable price."
