"the staff was great , very sweet and helpful. However the overall communication isn’t good, the food is never fully cooked. which upset my stomach a few times , lack of staff. Horrible room service. Over priced for no reason. The only thing i feel was worth my money was the scenery. no entertainment, food closes to early, the options aren’t that appealing."

"This place is amazing and a true gem. Not only is the architecture impressive but the way it blends with the sea is perfection. The Crane has a small town feel to it; you don’t have to leave the property for dinner, shopping, drinks or music."

"Great place for families. Large rooms and staff is great. Beach is wavier than west coast, so you need to be careful with small children, but great for boogie boarding. 20 min walk to Oistins and 20min to the bottom of at Lawrence gap. Lots of places to eat within 5 min of the resort. "

"They don’t bother to maintain the building. Hotel not that old but zero maintenance so falling apart and looks dirty. Unfriendly and arrogant staff, particularly at reception and bars (saying thank you or smiling not their style). Breakfast was a pain since they had to bring the coffee and the sugar and the cream and they would bring one and not the other. Pool must have bad filter or improper maintenance as water was murky. "I was extremely disappointed with my stay here and am glad I stayed elsewhere on the island for the majority of my time in Barbados. The rooms here felt like jail cells, not one piece of art, no hot water and no mirror above the sink in the bathroom. There was also no fridge for leftovers but a stove? The beach area is too small for all the people that are staying there, there also wasn’t enough pool chairs so multiple people were left to sit in the dinner chairs rather than lay by the pool or...

"Beautiful boutique hotel with exceptional staff who were always so pleasant to deal with. Definitely will consider starting again when back to Barbados. The beach is literally a step away from the hotel. Clean rooms but adequate parking is not available. Otherwise, perfect."

"The Divi was very good location and we had great service in general. The suite was great and the grounds perfect with our babies. The proximity to the beach and to dining options was really nice. They need to work on the management of their beach side restaurant where we encountered an issue but the management was keen into hearing our feedback and hopefully they fix things soon for other customers.
