"The appearance of the hotel is very beautiful. But, the rooms and beds were very small. The one thing I dislike the most was the cockroaches everywhere. When you leave the room and the power goes off, the room gets hot and roaches come out and get on and into everything. Every time we came back to the room we had to spend about 15 minutes or more killing roaches. It was disguising and frustrating. The hotel would be okay if they take care of the roach problem. "

"We arrived very late at night, but were given a warm welcome and a fast check-in. Beds were very comfortable and the shower nice and hot. The hotel is conveniently located by the river in Changi Village, a really lovely area worthy of a standalone visit, with a good Hawker Centre within 3 minutes walk. Staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient, with nice little touches like snacks in the foyer and a free drink on arrival. We were also impressed by the environmental efforts being made by...
