"We have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed our stay here. It’s an excellent property. Breakfast and the bar are nice. The rooms are modern and the bed is very comfortable.
The entrance is crowded and on a busy street. It would be nice having a nearby taxi stand. We had mixed luck getting Ubers and taxis to pick us up at the hotel entrance."

"The location was great as it was just a little bit out of the center of town. It was decently quiet a night but still close enough to walk everywhere. Breakfast had a nice array of options. I traveled with friends but booked a solo room for myself. It was super convenienet and perfect for my needs. The staff was the absolute best. They booked us taxis and held our luggage for us before and after check out. They also gave good restaurant recommendations. Extremely friendly and helpful!"

"On a one night business trip, got to the room at 5.30pm to find the plug sockets and TV not working, the air con was tripping the fuse. No other rooms available so had to forego freshening up for dinner so the maintenance man could work in the room. Not ideal when you’ve been up since 2am!
Breakfast not as good an offer as March time and the breakfast room was noisy with the hotel being full."

"We booked a King suite and it was an amazing room. Lots of space, very comfortable bed, large 4 piece ensuite. There is a lovely lounge area with a number of cozy rooms to sit in and socialize. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Bruges."
