"The location was great, and the room was a good size for 2 people. The cleaning staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. The onlt downside was that the bathroom noises from other rooms were very audible, which woke me up several times during the night."

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was comfortable, clean, and well located. The host was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everything was well organized, and we really enjoyed our experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting brussels and would happily stay here again! We were 9 people same room but enough bathrooms."

"Tout était bien sauf que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas à cette période de l’année, un peu chaud pour dormir."

"No air conditioning !!! Traditional radiator heating. Not enough power outlets. No telephone in the room, I had to call the front desk with my mobile phone. Good restaurant. Closes at 10 pm. Last order for one course at 8:30 pm. Extra charge for room service : EUR 25 (approx. USD 30) No receipt ticket for luggage left in the hotel luggage storage room. Reception desk staff from OK to excellent, depending on the person on duty."
