"Location was lovely. Cute square just outside the building with lots of bars and cafes. They all close by midnight, so the noise is not an issue. A short walk to the city centre. Staff was wonderful. Metro station directly outside of the hotel. The rooms are slightly tired, but clean. Some minor repairs to walls, flooring and fixtures would refresh the property."

"Der Blick vom Zimmer auf die Nordsee war wunderschön aber das Hotel ist wirklich sehr in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt dringend eine Restauration. Das Frühstück ist okay allerdings auch nicht hervorragend. Das Reinigungspersonal, das für unser Zimmer zuständig war, war „grottenschlecht“. Es hat in den 4 Tagen, in denen wir hier waren, nicht einmal den Staubsauger benutzt, nicht einmal den Tisch abgewischt und Kronkorken von geöffneten Flaschen weggeräumt. "Bar is not open 24hrs as advertised. The hallway rug on level 2 was old and dirty. No shower curtains. It is a family oriented hostel, lots of kids. The kids playground is next to the bar. Breakfast for sure not fancy but ok. It is in a residential area. Only 2 small restaurants across the street, one of them no alcohol. Close by train station north."
