"The rooms were very small but they were clean. The gentleman that worked the afternoon shift was horrible, we stayed 3 nights and not once did he say hello to us. The only time he spoke to us was to let us know the lobby was being locked up for the night and it was only 5:15 pm."

"The property is built on a hill which has a beautiful view sof the mountains. ,It is a little difficult to find the hotel in the dark. There are rooms in the main inn and apartments that are a couple blocks away. The staff was extremely helpful as we came in late in the evening and the receptions made many phone calls to find a a place to eat where the kitchen is open after 8:30PM"

"Unser Aufenthalt war insgesamt in Ordnung, allerdings gibt es einige Punkte, die uns aufgefallen sind. Die Parkplätze am Hotel sind leider sehr klein und eng, mit einem größeren Auto wird das Ein- und Ausparken schnell schwierig. Auch unser Zimmer war eher klein und etwas beengt, für einen kurzen Aufenthalt aber durchaus ausreichend. Der Fernseher war ebenfalls sehr klein. Im Badezimmer fehlte leider ein Föhn. Die Betten waren in Ordnung und wir konnten grundsätzlich gut schlafen. Positiv...

"This is an excellent hotel for its price point! I felt like I got a lot of value for what I paid. The rooms are clean though no frills. The staff is helpful and attentive. The spa was clean and nice, although it is only open for four hours in the evenings. If you are used to some of the more premium hotel/spas in the Berchtesgaden area, you won’t be impressed.
