"This hotel is amazing. It’s the best 5 star we have stayed at. The hotel staff are so welcoming and always there to help you. The views are just incredible, we booked a panoramic room and it was definitely worth it. The pools are lovely and the restaurants excellent. The breakfast has everything you could possibly want! Everything is excellent quality and is a lot more reasonably priced than a five star in the UK."

Elle a dit qu’elle enverrait un technicien mais nous n’avons pas plus d’air climatisée pour les deux nuits suivantes alors un peu désagréable. "Lovely, clean, quiet hotel. We stayed there prior to a visit to Eagles Nest, which was a short drive from there. There is a nice bar next door, which was convenient for food. We stayed in room 1 on the ground floor and were initially worried that it would be noisy in the morning as it was right next to the entrance to the kitchen. We didn't need to be as we didn't hear a thing, despite the breakfast room being quite busy when we went in. There was a good choice for breakfast. No air conditioning...

"This is an excellent hotel for its price point! I felt like I got a lot of value for what I paid. The rooms are clean though no frills. The staff is helpful and attentive. The spa was clean and nice, although it is only open for four hours in the evenings. If you are used to some of the more premium hotel/spas in the Berchtesgaden area, you won’t be impressed.
