"The "2 bedroom oom suite" was 2 condos -- one with a full kitchen and the other with a kitchenette. Worked very well for a couple and 2 adult children. Pools, both indoor and outdoor were very nice, and free gas grill was great for a barbecue. Overall, lovely for our July 4th get away"

"Pictures on the internet made it appear to be an Inn. It was actually a motel just above route 7. Tricky taking a left onto a 4 lane highway to get to Lenox but doable. Room was clean, air conditioned, comfortable and great staff. Few minor issues: 1. Bathroom fan didn't work and one of the charge ports on the shared bedside table was dead. I would recommend if all the cute Inns in Lenox are full."

"Property is sprawling and unwieldy. Couldn't find the main office for 10 minutes (went to 2 other buildings). Check-in - 4 people at the desk, but only 1 actually checking people in. Lower floor of "villa" smelled funny. Mildewy smell in tub. "Market" is actually a tiny area with some cold drinks, candy and "breakfast" - which is microwaved eggs and pancakes served by unhappy people. Coffee was instant and priced at $3.25 a cup. Pool area was chaotic and unsupervised. Roving bands of teenagers....

"We adore the Williams Inn. We stay every year without fail and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, kind staff, and spacious grounds. Located in the heart of town, it is the perfect place for a Berkshire getaway.you can walk everywhere and sit on the porch and lawn to read, sip wine, or simply enjoy the outdoor firepits. They also have activities throughout the summer."

"My husband and in laws each rented a cabin for a weekend. The property is beautiful, amenities are impressive, and the food is excellent! We enjoyed spending time by the pool reading (excellent book selection in the lobby,) relaxing in the dry saunas, kayaking on the lake, Sunday yoga and the peace of the guided evening float. Prospect Berkshires is incredibly curated from the moment you get out of your car. This was my second stay and will not be my last!"

"The room was fine, the carpet was old and a bit musty. The fridge was helpful to have, and we used the coffee maker, would have preferred a Keurig. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner worked fine. The furniture was nice, we liked the two separate bathroom sinks. Over a pleasant stay."

"We felt warmly welcomed by the staff. Our room was lovely with the exception of being located at the front of the house. We could hear the traffic. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. The woman serving us was very nice and efficient. We enjoyed our stay."

"Our room was very clean with the exception of the bathroom. There was toothpaste “splatter” on the bathroom faucet and a brown ring around the tub. The building has seen better days. There were giant tarps hanging from the second floor railing when we pulled in. The staff was really nice. At around 9pm there were people sitting right by our door smoking. Not to fun being awoken by the garbage man at 6am."

"Be careful - this property charges your credit card for the stay when you check in online, after you’ve already paid Expedia. It is very difficult to reach a responsible individual/manager to resolve the billing dispute, and they haven’t been responsive to Expedia either."

"Everything was wonderful at porches. I love the special antique charm. Loved breakfast. The fresh berries were the best. The staff was attentive and helpful. I really loved the claw foot tub and rain shower head. I can’t wait to return."

"My family of three had such a lovely stay at the Little Cat Lodge over the long 4th of July holiday. The hotel is so cute, and amenities were quaint but wonderful. The hostess and dining room staff were so kind to my 5 year old daughter. We loved the pool, it was such a lovely vibe swimming in the summer heat. The pool's lack of harsh chemicals was also refreshing - literally. Tasty food and drinks, and a view of the 4th of July fireworks at Catamount from our room was the cherry on top....
