"I cannot say enough about the exceptional level of service provided by the staff at the Rosewood. From the first moment we arrived we were greeted by the most warm, helpful and accommodating staff. This service extended from the bell stand to housekeeping and to the many waitstaff members we encountered each day. "We reserved a one-bedroom suite that turned out to be apartment sized. Fully-equipped kitchen, living room with outdoor seating area, bedroom with another outdoor seating area, and 1-1/2 baths. We totally enjoyed the view overlooking the harbor. Complimentary water taxi to Hamilton was a plus."

"Property sits up in hills with lots of hills and steps. This property is not for handicapped people or if you have trouble climbing hills and lots of steps. Rooms are very outdated. Needs renovation. Breakfast was great. Dinner was good. Staff was excellent in helping you for whatever you need. You need to take a taxi or public bus to get to wherever you need to go. Property is at the west end of the island about 45 minutes from airport. Closer to Royal Dockyard."

"Cons: Older property was outdated, our tv didn't work for 3 days. Bed hurt me after a few nights.
Pros: nice pool and beach! Super nice staff! Over the top service from MO and Doreen, Amy at the front desk was awesome and Daniel and Gregory and the wait staff in the restaurant were just the best! Super clean property. I must tell you about the tree frogs. They put on a small opera at night. You'll see what I mean. But you get used to them and then they become white noise.

"It was the perfect stay for my wife and me during our 5 day stay. Food was amazing, our room was really nice and vibrant in a good way. The location made it really easy to explore Hamilton and be close to bus routes to spend the day at the beautiful beaches."
