"Awkward setup and very old building with a remodel/facelift that has a lot of opportunity for improvement. Continental breakfast was fine, but uninspiring, and the eating environment was equally awkward. Location is the reason we booked here because it is ideal. Nice staff, just felt like I was in the twilight zone. Air conditioning was the highlight! It did an amazing job!!!"

"This is a great hotel. Room and hotel looked like the photos on Expedia--clean and smelled nice. Staff were all very professional, especially the gentleman who checked us in. Continental breakfast options were wonderful and location was great! I did not give it a 5 star only because there was water on the carpet in our room when we first checked in. Staff took care of it right away and apologized. We'd stay here again."

"all the staff is extremely friendly. Hotel is clean and well kept. I understand that you have to pay more for the water park on Friday,Saturday,and Sunday, But was there during the week and was not aware that the hot tub and pool would be closed. I chose this location because of the hot tub and was unable to use. When booking check to make sure the hot tub and pool are open if you are planning to utilize these amenities."

"Toilet seat was broken, baseboard molding in bath wasn't attached, no kleenex in bath, in room coffee pot had mold in water reservoir, second floor hallway had strong foul odor, bed linens had strong bleach smell. Pop spill covered entire floor of only elevator - they put a "caution wet floor" sign down. Still not cleaned up 6 hours later. Sunday morning breakfast was waffles, uncooked sausage links, cold cereal, yogurt, watered down OJ and coffee (coffee was good!)."

"Staff was very Friendly and simple check in. There was a $100 credit card charge on arrival to cover any incidental occurences. It will be refunded after room check. Only microwave is in the lobby/sitting area and the ice machine is next to the main floor elevator."
