"Nous avons resté ici en décembre et j'adore cet hôtel ! The location is excellent and close to the bus station which makes coming and going from the airport or other cities super convenient. The hotel staff are fantastic and it's a beautiful and thoughtfully designed hotel. There are loads of complementary items and the room was huge & very clean. Check-in & out were both super efficient and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again when we return to Bilbao. The fact that they think about...
