"The literal only reason I didn’t give this property 5 stars is because the water is barely warm for showers & baths. It would run decently hot for about 30 seconds and then the warmest it would get is a Luke warm temp. I reserved a room with a bath tub for a reason and was very much looking forward to relaxing baths in the evenings as I was there for work…. But the water temp just was too cold to be comfortable. The room itself and the staff were wonderful. "

"It was just ok.. The bed was hard, toilet had hard water build-up, toilet was low, and the tub needed updates. It was just ok! "

" Did do a blacklight check of the bed, sheets, blanket and beadspread, found nothing to report, CLEAN! Did blacklight in the bathroom, floor-clean, toilet-clean, tub-clean! The tv stand and sitting chair had some questionable areas. The tv remote was clean. Overall the room was clean but the smoke smell was awful. The staff was pleasant, not a lot of interaction with staff except for check-in. "

"The elevator was very scary and sounded like it could break at any moment. The shower was pealing and rusted. I also found a bug in the bed in the morning. "

"The rooms could use a little updating they were clean. The lighting could be improved in the rooms. It was hard to see to do some work. The bed was very good. Pillows were good was a little surprised about how much it cost to get breakfast whereas the Hampton Inn I just stayed at was complementary."

"No elevator. Vending only takes cash. I got in at 3 AM. Check is was totally fine. I woke up at 9 and asked for a late checkout and she said, I could stay till noon when I got up to get ready. I went to use the hairdryer, and it went bright red and sparked and shut off, I called the front desk from my cell because the phone did not work in the room. "Checked in and unpacked and had to leave for an event. Noticed immediatly that the bathroom was covered in dirty boot debris and the shower had remnants of some kind of chemicals in it. The bathroom counter had a used soap bar on it. Laid down to watch tv about 1130 pm and the tv didnt work. We went downstairs and stff confirmed a plumber had unclogged the tub earlier. I guess they disnt check to make sure thr room eas cleaned after. We were given a room with a working tv and packed up. The next...
