"It's hard to share how wonderful this place really is to experience. Single guy traveling in wet season. This place is amazing. "Buccaneer was more or less what we expected based on other reviews. It worked for our family because we wanted an affordable option right on the beach (not just a dock over the water) because our kids are little (2 and 4). "Wonderful property. We were able to dive in the water right outside our door off the deck. Mandy and PJ are wonderful hosts. Breakfast was awesome. Food nearby was awesome. The only knock I would have is that across the channel, the clubs in Bocas Town are loud until 2 AM. Fortunately, Mandy and PJ provide white noise sound bars in the room. We would definitely come back!"

"Me and my partner stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is right on the water. It is on a smaller, more secluded island, which is only a 2 minute boat taxi from the main island.
