"패밀리룸은 구조가 매우 이상하고 거실 없이 바로 침대가 있고 화장실은 한개예요. 사위나 형부와 같이 화장실을 같이 쓰기 어려운 사이라면 조금 힘들 수 있습니다. 그리고 제가 배정 된 방은 로비와 연결 되는 간이 문이 있는데 여기서 엄청나게 소리가 들려서 자다가 깰 때도 있어요. 전체적인 인테리어는 좋진 않지만 깔끔해요. 그래도 잘 있다 가요. 여기는 물이 따뜻해서 낮에도 저녁에도 수영하기 너무 좋아요. 날씨도 좋고 앞에 바다보면서 수영 하면 좋습니다. 해변은 물고기는 없어요. 이제까지 온 동남아 중에서 리조트에서 가장 많이 수령을 했습니다. 룸 청소는 요청 하고 바로 오시진 않지만 잘 오셔서 해 주셨구요. 전체적으로 만족하는 안 좋은 점이 몇 개 있습니다. ❌ 가장 크게 안 좋은 점은 조식이 너무 너무 맛이 없어요. 그리고 조식에 있었던 브리즈 카페 직원 분이 울렸던 티백을 다시 올리는 걸 동생이 보고 세 티백으로 올려 달라고 우려 달라고 했더니 그러면 돈을 내라고 하셨어요....

"This was an amazing property. The staff was exceptional. Very cordial and professional. The room was spacious and very clean. Even had an in-room sink. The restaurants were good with a lot of selections. We especially enjoyed our dinners at the Horizon pool bar on the second floor. Good selection of Filipino dishes to choose from and a bar. Very enjoyable. Also free covered parking if you have a car. If not, there is a tuktuk service available for very reasonable prices. "

"The rooms are a decent size with comfy beds. The small patio with table & chairs was a really nice addition. The pool looked clean, although we were only there for 1 night, so didn’t use it. "Golden Palm was a nice, well kept resort. Nice gardens and the pools were wonderful. The rooms are standard but the air conditioning works well and we had a nice balcony. The breakfast was just ok, but the staff of the hotel were very nice and helpful. The resort is on a quiet street around the corner from several restaurants, cafes, bars and Alona Beach. Great location to have a quiet sleep, but nearby the action. Would recommend staying here."

"Small basic room with a balcony and warm shower, a nice plated breakfast with friendly service. Lots of opotunity offerd to undertake tje many activitys on offer on the island even provided a car and driver to take us to see some of the attractions for a vert reasonable fee and arranged a boat trip with snorkling to one of the other islands. Would i syay there again? Definitly a great value hotel with friendly helpful staff."

As per advertisement snack and drinks in the room is replenish everyday, I have to ask for it the second day, then on our 3rd day, nothing was replenish, did mention my concern at the reception on our check out day. 2. "Dejligt hotel i meget rolige omgivelser, væk fra vejen og støj. Hotellet er helt nyt, rent og i virkelig god tilstand. Hotellet er rummeligt og der er god plads. Som mange andre gæster skriver er det dog langt væk fra alt. Der er ingen restauranter, butikker eller noget i nærheden. Men hvis du bare leder efter et roligt sted uden støj er dette hotel perfekt. Der er en restaurant på hotellet men med begrænset udvalg. Morgenmaden er fin og er på bestilling hvor du får én ret, kaffe og juice....
