"The front desk staff was amazing! We checked in during a rain storm and the hotel had been hit by lightning and their computers and they computers were out. The staff maintained their professionalism and got us in a room quickly. Thank you for your help "

"We stayed in the dome room. Interesting layout, but not a lot of space for luggage. Bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut. Little water pressure. But a nice stay overall."

"The room it’s located on the 12th floor, and I had a beautiful view of the city. The staff were incredibly helpful especially Gerardo ,Carla,Elizabeth.Gerardo walked with me to the cable car station to help me.. I had an excellent breakfast every morning.. it’s a great location five minute walk from the cable station. But the staff make this incredible Hotel!!❤️❤️❤️"

"The building and rooms were really lovely, clean, and well finished. What really set this hotel apart for us was the staff and hospitality! We had two stays booked at Illampu, before and after a tour to the Uyuni salt flats. I had left a suitcase stored with the hotel during our tour. Unfortunately, due to the protests in La Paz, we weren't able to make it back for our second reservation and had to fly directly to La Paz airport and then leave the country on our flights home shortly after. "Nice boutique hotel, room, bathroom good size and modern. Housekeeping diligent with keeping room clean. Hotel is about 1.5 kilometres and up hill from main areas, so if you have mobility issues you may have to catch cab/uber back to hotel."
