"Nice room, bed very "European", so not very comfortable, single pillow pwr guest. Nearly all other details of the room were great. A/C worked great, fridge was cold and made ice cubes. Doors quiet, blackout shades were nice. Odd inability to shut off the outside light on the lanai, but again not a real issue. Pool area busy every afternoon. "We were there September 12 for 7 days. Our air conditioner didn’t work moved us to a second room was filled with bugs biting me. They came and sprayed the room twice did not get rid of the bugs. I had bites all over my body. The large pool was closed due to renovations, and the restaurant was closed due to renovations. They should’ve compensated something for the inconvenience. "Everything about this property is amazing. Loved that our rental was waiting for us when we got there. The staff were always helpful and just very nice. This place makes you relax and that’s what vacation is all about. The pier is amazing and we enjoyed snorkeling everyday. We will definitely be coming back!!!"

"Everything was great: staff pleasant and helpful, pick up and drop-off smooth, food tasty, grounds immaculate. Did not dive with Adventures as pricey and they require a quick check out dive to determine weight and buoyancy but I am an almost 50 yr diver, so did shore diving instead. They upgraded us to a better room for a reasonable price and worth it as we had roomy balcony with wonderful views of water entrance and boats. One downer was bathroom was tiny. Overall would go back!"
