"Room was clean. Bathroom was dated and needed anti slip mat or texture in jetted tub to use shower. We had a table in the kitchenette area but no chair. Breakfast was just ok and girl restocking items was more in to her phone than servicing the breakfast bar. Location was great, close to everything we needed."

"The check-in process was a little stressful. We arrived a few minutes before the 5 PM check-in time and the owner was nowhere to be found. I called a couple of times with no response before we finally found her out and about doing chores. We were able to get her attention to be let into the property. The main living area is available for guest use but has a heavy odor of cats. The rented room and bathroom are clean and the odor is much more tolerable. "Had my door kicked hard multiple times by some individuals the desk clerk just let inside without identification. When asked by the police if he wanted to get the individuals banned and push for trespassing he declined which is extremely disrespectful to his residents that he allows these situations to unfold. The hotel management increased our rent for a room that’s shower didn’t work. They also have mold and the entire hotel smells of piss. The pool is open which was a surprise for a RUN DOWN...

"Property was conveniently located from the highway and has just about every fast food and fast casual option available. It's a relatively short drive from downtown Zionsville, which was incredibly charming."
