"The room was rather small. It was a STANDARD DOUBLE. I am lucky I was by myself. Had I been accompanied I would not have been able to open 2 large suitcases. The lifts took a while to come. Nevertheless, the staff were superb! Ms Charlene, Mr Mataus and all the rest of the staff went far and beyond to assist me. Thank you all for a FANTASTIC stay💙🙏."

"Overall it was a fantastic stay during Carnaval week. The staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast everyday was good! The biggest takeaway was the location. It was very centrally located and the area surrounding was very safe. You could be at Copacabana beach within 10 mins walking and on the way, you’ll pass many good restaurants, supermarket and bars. "This hotel is pricey, indeed. But worthy. Service is great, optional tours are amazing. Even the free tours are very nice. Restaurant is not cheap, but food is unique and perfect. Breakfast is gorgeous. And last, the fact that you can enjoy the falls before and after park opening hours is priceless. We could enjoy night view and early morning view by ourselves! The full walkway was ours! If I have the chance to go back to Iguaçu, I will use this hotel again."
