"I was seeing a band in Brighton with my two teenagers and decided to try this hotel. We really liked it! It was very reasonably priced, extremely convenient location, and our Seaview balcony room was spotless and very spacious. I've only marked down one star for facilities as the trim on the shower screen didn't meet the bath and the floor got soaked when we showered, so we had to use all of the towels to mop it up. "Parking in a multi-story was open to public for surrounding businesses but Malmaison Brighton had the sixth floor dedicated space. Staff were very helpful, friendly. all clean and tidy, and the room was just right, quiet and comfortable."

"Great, affordable stay in a perfect location. We booked a private double which was affordable, spacious and clean. The check in process was easy and the young local fellow at the desk was fantastic and sorted us out with recommendations. The location is incredible for the price. Seconds walk to the pier and loads of great venues around for food and drinks. The communal kitchen facility was well equipped, but perhaps in need of a good clean.
