"The rooms were upstairs from a skeavy pub. The pub was situated directly on a busy road. The room was hot and stuffy (no fan provided) so the window had to stay open. The traffic seemed to be roaring through my room. I had to beg for help carrying my bags up the stairs. English breakfast was offered but only with fried eggs (I can't digest fried food.). Coffee (no tea) was offered. I can't drink coffee. One of the worst places I stayed in the UK (& not cheap.)"

"Pool was great, as were all staff. Considering the price, would have liked bathrobes in the room. Breakfast wasn't great - soggy bacon, hard waffles, pancakes from a machine. It's the Hilton! Would expect better at £20 a head. Food in the evening took forever to arrive, for 1 adult and a child. Also cost £50 for 3 dishes including a kids meal and 1 drink. Parking also expensive given we were guests. You get a discount but still nearly £30 a day."
