"Der Aufenthalt war zufriedenstellend. Der Service könnte jedoch noch verbessert werden. 1. Die App während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht funktioniert. 2. Auf der Homepage wird mit mehreren Restaurants geworben. Zu unserem Zeitpunkt waren jedoch die wenigsten geöffnet, eine Information, dass diese nicht geöffnet sind haben wir nicht bekommen. "The staff at this hotel was just excellent. From the two women who ran the breakfast in the morning to the people at reception. They were helpful, polite, prompt, friendly. "The room with a bed on a mezzanine and a nice big balcony was spacious and fun. The staff were all really helpful. The breakfast was good with a nice mix of the usual breakfast fare and some local foods. The location was great, a short walk from several attractions and a metro station."
