"Our room was smelling of paint when we checked in. The airconditioner in our room doesn't work which made it difficult to sleep at night. We were told they were working on it but doing an online seach revealed this is an ongoing issue based on many guest comments to the extent the stopped advertising they have airconditioning, altough some rooms still have airconditioming sign on expedia info pages. "We arrived not knowing what to expect and after our room was allocated, all fears were alleviated. The hotel is fantastic, the staff are wonderful and the breakfast is superb. Couple of small caveats, the pool is smaller than it looks in photos but still very pleasant and if all else fails there is the Black Sea on the doorstep. If I could rate it six stars I would."
