"While the room was clean, housekeeping had to be requested on both days as it was not serviced by 17:00. The spa facilities were disappointing; the pool was unheated, and several water jets were broken. Furthermore, my treatment was cut short by 15 minutes, and upon reporting this at reception, I was merely told 'thank you for your feedback' with no attempt to address the issue. Compared to other hotels in this price range, this venue is lacking in both location and facilities. Ok experience but...

"Nice room and friendly staff. Our AC didn't seem to work it was really hot in the room even though it wasn't hot outside. We ended up turning the AC off and slept with the window open but we still couldn't get the heat out."

"Great facilities, but annoying experience with ‘nickle-and-diming’ services. For example, they make you pay for every individual component of tennis rentals, including having to rent racquets, court time, and having to buy the tennis balls - all separate payments and relatively steep. Additionally, even if you purchase the dinner package, you do not get any drinks including water. You need to order mineral water (at a relatively steep price), and the irony is that this is a mineral water hotel....

"The hotel is clean, modern and well maintained. The staff are excellent and willing to assist with all your needs. The location is good but a bit of a walk to the center, an easy walk if you don’t mind walking. I would definitely stay again if I were to return to Sofia."
